Data and purposes
We process your name, contact details, optional company, selected services and enquiry to handle your request, prepare a proposal and send a confirmation. The form also submits the page, selected offer and source parameters where present. Technical request data is used for security.
Legal basis and choice
Steps towards a contract at your request are based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Other correspondence, security and legal claims rely on Article 6(1)(f), the controller’s legitimate interests. Providing data is voluntary; without contact details we cannot reply. You are not subscribed to a newsletter.
Recipients and transfers
Hosting (Netlify), email delivery (Resend) and mailbox (Google/Gmail) providers may process data to handle your enquiry. Their infrastructure may be outside the EEA, including the USA. Resend's data processing agreement provides for European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA; Netlify also publishes a data processing agreement and transfer safeguards. Gmail is subject to Google's privacy policy. You may request information and a copy of safeguards applicable to a specific transfer from the controller. Provider documents are linked below.
Retention
We retain data as needed to handle the enquiry and subsequent discussions. Where a contract or dispute arises, further retention depends on legal obligations and applicable limitation periods. Retention is not indefinite.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability where GDPR provides for them. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO. We do not make solely automated decisions or profile you for that purpose.

This version has no advertising pixels or marketing analytics. External services open only when you follow their links and apply their own privacy rules.
